Spectrum Community Services enhances the quality of life for older adults and residents experiencing low income in Alameda County.
Volunteers
We are seeking volunteers who are available from 10-12 to deliver hot nutritious meals to home bound seniors in the Tri Valley. You will deliver meals, a smile, a brief visit and check on the clients health and well being. To volunteer alone you must be 18. If you are under 18 mom or dad can get cleared to volunteer and you join them and come.
