2025 EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
Exhibitors, this is where you can show the community what you are
doing and how volunteers can help your organization to “Make A Difference.”
Volunteers will be looking at the many opportunities which are available
to get involved in Making A Difference in our community.
This is your opportunity to connect with people who find interest in your
organization and want to join you in Making A Difference.
The Annual Make A Difference For Pleasanton Volunteer Festival will be held at the Pleasanton Senior Center on January 18, 2025
Tables are limited and on a first come, first serve basis. Don’t wait to sign up.
NEW EXHIBITORS: Welcome! We are excited you are joining us. To register, click on the button above and follow the prompts.
You will be taken to our Sponsor’s (ACCUSPLIT, Inc.) website cart to make your payment.
After you have registered, please fill out the Company Description Form with your contact information and what your organization does and how Volunteers can help you. (Click on the 2024 Exhibitors Link below for examples) Return the form and a .jpeg of your logo to [email protected]. This information will remain on our website for a year.
Click the Printable Application, if you need to print and mail a check in to us. Please send the completed application and a check to the address on the application. It is best if you email us to let us know you are sending your registration in the mail as tables are reserved on a “First Come, First Serve” basis.
RETURNING EXHIBITORS: Unless we hear from you otherwise, we will keep the information online that you submitted for the 2023 festival. Please check that the information and link are still accurate:

Consider putting a visually clear icon on your website for VOLUNTEERS to “go to” your volunteer opportunities. Would you like to seek donations of funds or items? Are you seeking adult volunteers, families, [teenagers, and/or] graduating seniors in need of community service hours?
Publicity for the 2025 Make A Difference for Pleasanton Festival will begin in December. To be sure that your organization is included, please register as soon as possible.
