EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Exhibitors, this is where you can show the community what you are

doing and how volunteers can help your organization to “Make A Difference.”

Volunteers will be looking at the many opportunities which are available

to get involved in Making A Difference in our community.

This is your opportunity to connect with people who find interest in your

organization and want to join you in Making A Difference.

The Annual Make A Difference For Pleasanton Volunteer Festival will be held at the Pleasanton Senior Center on January 17, 2026

Tables are limited and on a first come, first serve basis. Don’t wait to sign up.

EXHIBITORS:  Welcome!  We are excited that you are joining us.

To register, please fill out this Festival Registration Information Form with your contact information, what your organization does and how volunteers can help you.  This information will remain on our website for 1 year to help volunteers connect with you.  (Click on the 2025 Exhibitors Link to see examples) The form will be automatically sent to us when you sign it. Please be sure to email a .jpeg of your logo to info@MAD4P.org.

If you need to register by mail,  follow the same instructions and complete Festival Registration Information Form and then continue to the “Click Here To Register” link below and choose Option #1.  You will not be charged.  If you need to send in a check, please send it to  the address listed on the form. 

EXHIBITOR SUGGESTIONS:

Consider putting a visually clear icon on your website for VOLUNTEERS to “go to” your volunteer opportunities. Would you like to seek donations of funds or items? Are you seeking adult volunteers, families, [teenagers, and/or] graduating seniors in need of community service hours?

Publicity for the 2025 Make A Difference for Pleasanton Festival will begin in December. To be sure that your organization is included, please register as soon as possible.

Be sure to click the “Flyer” link below and print the 2025 Festival Poster to post in your place of business.

2025 Exhibitors

REGISTRATION

Starting with the 2026 Make A Difference Volunteer Festival,

you have 4 Options when you register.

OPTION #1 –

1 ea. 6′ Table and 2 ea. Chairs at No Charge .

OPTION #2 –

1 ea. 6′ Table and 2 ea. Chairs at No Charge .

PLUS Lunch and Refreshments for 2 people per table. $20

(also helps supports Lunch and Refreshments for 40 Volunteers)

OPTION #3 –

1 ea. 6′ Table and 2 ea. Chairs at No Charge .

PLUS Contribution to the Juanita Haugen Scholarship

fund that is awarded to 1 High School Student from the Pleasanton

High Schools each year. $30

NOTE:  The festival has helped fund this scholarship since 2007.

OPTION #4 –

1 ea. 6′ Table and 2 ea. Chairs at No Charge .

PLUS Lunch and Refreshments for 2 people,

PLUS Contribution to the Juanita Haugen Scholarship fund. $50

NOTE: If you wish to contribute another amount to the Juanita Haugen Scholarship Fund,

you can do so on the Community of Character Website.
