Looking for a meaningful way to give back to your community? Open Heart Kitchen offers a variety of rewarding volunteer opportunities across the Tri-Valley area – all aimed at providing food, shelter, and support to our fellow neighbors.
Help Serve Seniors with Care
Join our Senior Meal Program and bring a smile to local seniors by serving nutritious lunches in Dublin, Pleasanton, and Livermore. Your time can brighten someone’s day!
Feed the Community at Vineyard Resource Center
Volunteer with our Community Meal Program, where we serve thousands of hot meals each week. Be part of the team that makes sure no one in our community goes hungry.
Support Unhoused Neighbors at Open Heart Refuge
If you’re passionate about helping those experiencing homelessness, consider volunteering at Open Heart Refuge. Work alongside our Shelter Coordinators to provide 30 of our unhoused neighbors with a welcoming space to spend the night.
Join the Action in Our Production Kitchen
Love food prep? Weekday mornings in our Production Kitchen are perfect for volunteers who enjoy working behind the scenes. Help prepare hundreds of meals that will be distributed throughout the community – no culinary experience required!
