REGISTRATION 

RETURNING EXHIBITORS:

Step 1 - Please look at your organization’s information on our website at the 2026 Exhibitor Page. If any changes need to be made to your current information, please email them to info@MAD4P.org.  If we don’t hear from you, your information will remain as is for 2027. 

Step 2 - Registration is Free. Simply choose the option you would like, and you will be taken to our sponsor's, ACCUSPLIT, cart to reserve your table.  

1. Exhibit Space Only: Includes 1 table and 2 chairs at no cost, plus lunch for 2 people at your table. CLICK HERE.

2. Exhibit Space and Lunch: (same as Option 1) plus a donation of $30 to help cover festival  expenses. CLICK HERE.

NEW EXHIBITORS:

Please read carefully, as New Exhibitor Registration is a 3-step process.

Step 1 - Complete and sign the 2027 Festival Registration Form. Once you sign the form, save it and send it to info@mad4p.org.

Note: This information will remain on our website for one year to help volunteers connect with you. View the 2026 Exhibitor Page to see examples.

Step 2 - Registration is Free. Simply choose the option you would like, and you will be taken to our sponsor's, ACCUSPLIT, cart to reserve your table.

Step 3 - Email a .jpeg or .png of your Organization's Logo to info@MAD4P.org

REGISTERING BY MAIL:

Follow the same steps above for New and Returning Exhibitors. If you are a New Exhibitor, be sure to fill out the Registration Information Form. If you are a Returning Exhibitor, please check your contact information on the 2026 Exhibitor Page. Since table space is on a first-come, first served basis, if you need to mail your forms, please email info@MAD4P.org to alert us they are coming and we will hold your table space.
